This is a week dedicated to sharing recipes that are gluten free. These types of recipes are a welcome thing for people that have celiac disease or some other form of gluten intolerance. Cotton Candy Day Who doesn't love cotton candy? The sugary snack has become linked to so many of our family outings and activities. You can find it at the carnival; at the fair; at the circus; at the zoo. Anywhere you go - there it is! Cotton Candy was originally called Fairy Floss. It was called this because it was made with Flossine sugar. The first Cotton Candy machine was patented in 1899 by William Morrison and John C. Wharton.
