Looks like the First time buyer tax credit has been extended. The House voted it through earlier in the week and now the Senate has also approved H.R. 5623, the Homebuyer Assistance and Improvement Act, which also cleared the House earlier. The bill would give first-time home buyers until Sept. 30 to claim an $8,000 tax credit if they bought a home before April 30; for current homeowners, the credit is $6,500. The original period for claiming the tax credit had expired yesterday (June 30). There are many happy home buyers and agents and Mortgage lenders alike that are very happy this morning. So let's get those deals done and fiond some more deals!

Bigger does not mean is better especially for air condition! When it comes to buying an efficient air conditioning system/ unit!   Buying the right size for the space to be cooled is essential!   You can consult your air conditioner professionals to get the right air conditioner system/unit, or contact public service Energy Company in your State!   You ask me why bigger is not better? The answer is a smaller air conditioner running for a longer period operates more efficiently than a larger air conditioner system/unit that's frequently cycle on and off the air! This is just FYI only! Thanks.

The tax credit still has some life it. A single issue bill was voted on 409-5 last night to extend the deadline for buyers to close until September 20th, 2010. This deadline allows buyers to still qualify for the up to $8,000 tax credit.   It needs to be passed tonight as a final vote by the Senate and be signed by the President - all signs look good. Let's hope that those 180,000 contracts don't get stuck. It is predicted that as many as half of those contracts could back out if the deadline is not extended. Let's all keep positive thoughts.

Today is Camera Day! Most of us have a camera on us virtually every second of the day. In a bag or on a phone, we go no where without one. So today - let's celebrate it. Here is a great idea to do with your family - make your own camera. You can make a camera that costs nothing.  Its a great project for school, as a scout project, or just for fun. It's the "Pinhole Camera". A shoebox is infamous for storing pictures. It can also be converted into a camera. Take a shoebox and poke a pinhole in the middle of one end. Cover the pinhole with a piece of black tape. In a completely dark room, place a large piece of unexposed film on the inside of the end opposite the pinhole. Re-close the cover of the shoebox. Now, take a picture in a snap!   If you have some great pictures - share them today.

Record-low mortgage rates boon for housing - Mortgage rates fell this week to the lowest level on record, motivating consumers to lock in low payments for home purchases and refinanced loans.  It's the best news the market has seen since the tax credits expired.  The average rate for 30-year fixed- rate loans dropped to 4.69%, Freddie Mac said Thursday.  The high-end market is seeing a surge in sales as a result of the lower interest rates.  A year ago, the rate for a jumbo loan ranged from 6.25% to 6.75%.  Today, it's about 5.75% for a 30-year fixed-rate.  Read full article:http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_15371813

Widening Interstate Highway I-225 in The City of Aurora just began! The Interstate Highway I-225 widening project is currently under way, and will improve people's daily commutes by widening the highway to three lanes, up from two, in each direction between Interstate 70 and East Mississippi Avenue. The $20.3 million project is slated to be complete by summer 2011.Increasing the number of lanes will alleviate traffic congestion, increase safety, and provide commuters with a more pleasant and faster drive! The risk of getting into rear-end car accidents will decrease once the widening project is completed! Looking for beauty + a bustling urban village? Why Aurora real estate may be the right match? Aurora homes are located in one of the most beautiful and interesting cities in Colorado. It’s also the third largest city in the state, and you’ll find that Aurora has something to offer everyone, no matter what your situation. If you’re looking for a new home for sale, Aurora is the place you want to be looking. Back before the Silver Crash of 1893, a local Denver business figure, Donald Fletcher, founded the town of Fletcher along with some business partners. After the crash, the town suffered greatly and Fletcher left. The area that is now Aurora real estate found itself struggling, and began to rebuild. It was named Aurora in 1907, and it has been a steadily growing community over the past...

Who are the credit reporting agencies?   All the credit reporting agencies are private for profits companies, who sell your secure and private information's to Lenders, organized crime collections agencies, and predators credit cards companies for profits!   In my opinion there's life after bankruptcy, Bad debts, Divorce, Foreclosure, Layoff, and short sale!   The federal laws prohibit organized crime collection agencies/companies from collecting debts without first validating that the debt is valid!   So, how many times the collections agencies validate your debt? I will say ZERO time!   Good credit scores is always the key that opens your financial door to your future!   To find out what's on your credit report for free goes to: www.annualcreditreport.com If you find any negative or i...
