It is such a pleasure when a Buyer is almost ready to close, and a co-worker is referred to me.    These first time buyers are just a kick to work with.   They are like sponges and absorb everything you share with them.   These new buyers loved hearing about the process and how all was processing. There have been a few homes they really liked, and one they absolutely LOVED, but that agent never answered his phone/email or text, and accepted another offer.   This was their fifth offer, when they heard the words - you won the bid! BUT, soon as they walked into this home, it felt like "their home", and they could see themselves living there.   The agent has been fabulous to work with and these Buyers won the bid over several other offers. The inspection and appraisal have been resolved a... 04/28/2017
