Every home sale should be a renovation loanThat is correct, you heard me. Why not sell every house you show?This home is clearly in need of allot of work. Some are much less in need. But every home could use some new carpet, or hardwood flooring, maybe new windows, updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is all in the eye of the beholder for sure but can you imagine there are many benefits to using a renovation loan such as, cleaning up the small things that are already broken that are obvious to room additions. Just a day trip away from Stanislaus County - Calaveras Big Trees So today is a wet and windy day here in Stanislaus County.  Of course this is a very good thing for the Central Valley and the near by Sierra Nevada Mountains. The rain is great for helping to fill up our resevoirs and replenish our ground water, both of which will be needed come summer time. I was inspired today by a post written by Lottie Kendal about the fog in San Francisco.  Earlier this year my wife and I took a day trip from the Central Valley to San Francisco. We were near Fort Mason when I took this photo of the Golden Gate Bridge.  It was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine and a cool breeze.  We walked around Fort Mason for a while enjoying the day and the views.
