It was a heck of a year for real estate across the country especially with the uncertainty of the shut down in March. Things slowed for a few weeks but came back with a fury. The 2020 Real Estate Market for El Dorado Hills ended with 61% fewer homes for sale and the average home selling price up over 30% compared to December 2019. Here is a look at our year end stats and what was selling in El Dorado Hills in December 2020  with the high and low home sales along with sales statistics for the month and a look back at 2019.  Keep in mind that numbers and statistics used here reflect MLS sales only.
