Today I was working on a project to add an informative page to another Realtors website about a new area he will be servicing, Pasadena. I personally don't know anything about Pasadena other than it's in the LA area. Recently a client was advised by her brother a local Assessor not buy for another two years as the market would continue to fall. He may be right, no one knows right now. My take is that it is affecting the lower to medium homes a lot harder than the higher end as it is mostly the Sub Prime mess that is causing this and those buyers tend to be in the lower priced property. We are still seeing a relatively good market in the higher end homes and there is not a lot of quality inventory in that range. It is definitely a buyers market which benefits anybody looking to purchase now.
