What is the Median Price in Westchester, CA 90045? This question came up in conversation over dinner because our friends wanted to get an idea what kind of values are in a part of Los Angeles we happen to live. After telling them what it was like I thought others might be interested as well. Then I went a step further and wanted to see how it compared to the past three years. Are you familiar  with how the California Specialty License Plate Program works? Does your State have this?The California Specialty License Plates' goal and intention was to preserve history, support Independent Causes & generate revenue. How cool is that?The State of California or should I say the Department of Motor Vehicles has always tried to Monetize the Independent Spirit of the California Drivers. Instead of just having the ordinary State License Plates they have had a program in place since the early 1980’s.Check out this link to see previous license plates from the various causes. Holiday Decorations can be over the top or it can be minimalistic. This year we had so much going on in our household. Too many to name here, Diane & I chose to go minimalistic in our house. We only decorated the Table and Diane put up the Manger and of course the Holiday Cards. I still did the outdoor decorations in the front of the House as well as in the back of the house.I thought it would be more entertaining to show you the neighbor’s home. They truly like to Party, look they even got Santa as well as the Snowman drunk. Every night I walk our dog I get a good laugh. After all isn’t what the Holidays are all about? Is it a Lime Tree? Is it an Orange Tree? A mystery fruit as far as we are concerned... A some of you know, we have five citrus fruit trees in our back yard, the Lemons we recognized, just as we recognized the Tangerines, then there were two others that were Orange Trees (we were about 80% confident) then there was the mystery tree. We first thought it was limes, we gave them away to friends as limes... they were dark green and sweet... then they started growing to much larger size remained dark green and the fruit was dry. Well long and behold as of about two weeks ago they turned into good size oranges of sorts. We have been enjoying them and giving them away. The heatwave continues here in Los Angeles. It has been at least three weeks now that the Air Conditioning Unit has been running virtually non stop.The Cats are restless, unable to enjoy looking out through the screen door to see the outside world. Our dog is restless since he can not go on rides with me. When it is 80-90 degree weather it would be criminal at my part to let him come along.I can not even let him go out in the back yard and play ball it is too hot....Who said Summer is over, it feels like Summer just started three weeks ago. Not only is it hot but it is humid.
