Folks, there isn't much you can't do these days on the Internet, and real estate is no exception. I recently read some interesting statistics on how the Internet plays a role in buying and selling a home and I thought I'd share the data with you. According to a recent CAR (California Association of Realtors) survey, 96 percent (yes, 96 percent!) of all home buyers use the Internet during their home buying process.
