Choosing the right real estate agent to Sell your home In June of 2010 fellow agent listed a home for sale in Visalia, CA for one of his neighbors. They were undergoing financial difficulties and were unable to make their mortgage payments. No longer being able to afford a home they decided to list the property as a short sale. They decided to relocate elsewhere knowing that eventually they would end up moving. I believe they moved out of Visalia into some other city here in California, somewhere in LA county.
