At the same time, more home sales were recorded.   Current housing inventory levels are down in December; even so, it is still over 7 months worth of supply. Union City is an ethnically diverse community of about 74,000 residents. It is located north of Fremont, and about 40 minutes drive to San Francisco. Real estate activity is moderate - as of 9/12/10 and based on MLS data, there are 99 single family active listings, and 56 condo/townhome active listings on the market. SINGLE FAMILY LISTINGS   Single family median list price hover about $507K.
