The 203K is an interesting product while it provides money to purchase or refinance and renovated property it doesn't know whether you have a streamlined or a full 203K. There are many lenders that only do the streamlined 203K most of them use 203K consultants on every project. This is cheap insurance for them because if it isn't a streamlined 203K they want to know sooner rather than later.
