I just sold another senior condo at New Horizons in Torrance.  This 55+ senior condo community is well hidden from traffic and busy South Bay streets and yet, it's perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants, hospitals, YMCA. There is even a private gold course with driving range and putting green there - right in the heart of Torrance! Recreational facilities include the main clubhouse with the lounge offering big screen TV, billiard room, and community room with remodeled kitchen. Across the complex is the Sports Center with the second pool, spa, full modern gym, lighted tennis court, ceramic and wood shops, table tennis room The New Horizons senior complex is always beautifully landscaped, which adds to a resort like feel. A former client who keeps us informed of South Bay happenings, Jackie Balestra, recently contacted me, asking if I would be a guest on the South Bay Small Business Hour. Although I wasn't sure I could talk for an hour (which is actually much less between introductions, closers and commercials), I could have used more time to talk passionately about home staging! Check it out - we discuss the psychology behind home staging, why we ask clients to put away personal photos, and what buyers are looking for.   South Bay Home Staging Radioblog

We've recently created a website designed specifically for Torrance CA real estate and home buyers and sellers.  Unlike many of the other areas of the South Bay, Torrance is a relatively large city with a diverse population and an equally diverse housing market.  One size definitely does not fit all in Torrance.  We designed the website to allow users to find more detailed information on specific neighborhoods.  The site features free Torrance MLS access, home buyers assistance pages, recent sales, market information and data, neighborhood information and data on the market per neighborhood and per home type.  We hope that the site is of great assistance to Torrance home buyers and sellers.

Homes for sale in Southern California are easy to find. But the best buys are not necessarly easy to find. You can to different websites, some have real time info and some have old dated info. The other money rench is which on works the best? How do you know your getting factual information? What's in it for them to give you that info? Really you need to ask these questions. Bottom line, which tool will show you how to search for homes for sale? I have had several clients that have used the following REDFIN, Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com. But none of these did the one thing a realtor does...... BRINGS YOU THE BEST BUYS IN YOUR BUDGET! A realtor has to do that or guess what, there is nothing in it for them. After all they don't get paid! That is the TRUTH! What does that do, well you save ...

The Truth about Torrance homes for sale. What are the three rules of real estate... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Torrance homes for sale are one of the mosted sought out homes in the South Bay, because of the schools. Therefore resale return is greater.   A few things to note when buying Torrance homes. Schools, elementry, middle and High. There are four High schools South High, West High, North High and Torrance High. If your looking for your child to go to South High or West High those neighorhoods tend to be a bit higher. The item to take under consideration is how close you are to shopping. If you are a Costco Shopper the only Costco in Torrance is location on the South Side of Torrance. You may decide that closer to freeways is more important, so you may want to say on the North...

I just closed escrow on a short sale purchase for a client on a lovely townhome in Torrance at 2563 Plaza Del Amo # 202, Torrance . This deal took 12 weeks from contract acceptance by the seller to closing, which is very quick for a short sale.  My congratulations and thanks to the listing agent, Tony Martinez of Shorewood Realtors in Redondo Beach. He and his team did a great job of getting this deal closed !!! close to BBQ and Jacuzzi Hot Tub Club house with Pool The purchase price was $385,000. This is a large unit on a corner location. It has two bedrooms and two baths with 1,303 sq. ft. The master bedroom is large with its own large master bath and separate closets. Fireplace in living room adds to open appeal of this floor plan. The Unit also has a separate laundry area. Luxurious...
