Two boxers, a male and a female, were running loose around the outside of our fenced yard this morning, driving our dogs crazy. We have a fenced area at the back of the house, and were able to corral them there with loving words and treats. THIS IS SO SAD. Although they have very sturdy collars, there is no identification on them. The male boxer is very protective of the smaller female boxer, and she is very loving to the male, but very shy. He followed my friend into the large enclosure, and they have not tried to dig out. They also seem to be very relaxed unless something sets them off. The male dog has a major scar on this back, but old and jaggedly healed. He does seem to have a medical problem. The female boxer has a slight limp.
