I recently came across one of those Forbes articles; you know the kind, some list of some really trivial piece of information.  Well this article was on the most expensive homes listed in America.  While most of the locations didn't surprise me in the least:  Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, Hawaii, Manhattan, Long Island and a few other exclusive areas that are infamous locals for the wealthy.  The property that surprised me the most was #5 on the list, Humming Bird Nest Ranch here in Simi Valley, CA that was listed for 75M.  While I am very familiar with this particular property, I would have never thought that it was the #5 most expensive property on the market in America.  SERIOUSLY???  It's not like Simi Valley is such a playground for the rich and famous, quite the contrary.  Simi Val... 05/22/2010
