Prices in all four quartiles are basically mixed. Look for a persistent shift(up or down) in the Market Action Index before prices move from these current levels. There's really, really strong demand for townhomes for sale in Windemere in San Ramon CA.  As a matter of fact, people started camping out to get a new home at Fioli on Wednesday June 10th for a Saturday June 13th release.
