I want to buy a house , but it must not be expensive, expensive being the opertive word. I love the way the houses look when I go checking out open houses, but I don't feel welcome. I wish I had a personal X-ray machine to look through all the walls , nooks and cranies for cracks and weaknesses. I could bring the price down , lower than the listing value, my eyes are sharp.
