Henry Ranch Year to Date Report January 2012 to December 2013 You can easily access Henry Ranch in San Ramon from Interstate 680 – Southbound via Alcosta Boulevard and Northbound via Bollinger Canyon Road. In 2013, the average Sales Price went up from $882,750 in 2012 to $968,483 in 2013.  On the second graph below, you will notice that the number of new, pending and sold listings went down in 2013, from 12 in 2012 to 5 last year. The average sales price in 2012 was $431,000 and in 2013 the average sales price in Vestrella was $607,857.
