  Gau Poang is a local Chinese food restaurant in San Mateo. I had the pressure of eating here. The restaurant is located just cross street from our Prudential California Realty office. I'm a regular here and always order my favorite dish Mongolian beef; I usually order mild, so the food has a good spicy taste but is not too hot. They already know what are my favorite dishes, but today for lunch I ordered beef with vegetables and steam rice. The meat was cooked just right the way I like it and the vegetables were crispy and fresh. The service was great and the food came very fast and as usual very tasty and fresh. When looking for a farmer's market in San Mateo California to purchase fresh organic produce, make sure you visit College of San Mateo Farmer's Market.    This is good farmer's market, because it has plenty of parking and easy to find. It is conveniently   open every Wednesday and Saturday, but on Saturdays, it gets a little busier than Wednesdays. This farmers' market has become one of my favorite markets in the bay area. What I like are the fresh salads, fruits and the French bread. Usually the same vendors are there every week, so you get to know them by name.
