Solar Panels at the Vista Farmers Market We were at the Vista Farmers Market this morning for the first time in a very long time. It's one of the best farmers markets around in our opinion, and a favorite of ours, and we've missed it. The Vista Farmer Market is held at the Vista Courthouse Complex off Melrose just south of the 78 freeway (if you are around on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am until 12 noon - their current hours - it's well worth attending). The Vista Courthouse Complex, home of the San Diego Superior Court, has a large parking lot that accommodates the market and all the shoppers. SOLD Townhone at Magnolia at Old Creek Ranch A wonderful townhome in San Marcos on the Carlsbad border has a new owner!  I helped the sellers purchase this home a few years ago, and it was such a pleasure to assist them with the sale of their beautiful townhome. Given the limited inventory and strong buyer demand, competition was fierce, with 37 showings over a weekend and multiple offers, all but 1 over asking price.  This 3-story townhome offered a first floor bonus room and access to the attached 2-car garage (and a bonus - a plug for an electric car).
