Friday May 29th 2020 at 3:00pm I took this photograph from the building I am working on in San Jose California.There were about 300 protesters marching for the death of George Floyd from a police officer in Minneapolis Minnesota.The police officer from Mlps was fired and taken into custody and being charged with possible 3rd degree murder.So my question would be why are these protesters still marching in San Jose and other major cities across the USA? Destroying buildings by burning them down, breaking windows and more?The police officer is in jail now so get back to your homes and or get back to work if you have jobs?  As Santa Clara County and the other Bay Area counties along with the City of Berkeley begin  moving into Phase 2 of reopening starting on Friday, May 22, 2020, people are asking "what will the 'New Normal' look like in Santa Clara County?"Assembled experts asserted in a press conference on May 18, that while efforts to flatten the curve of COVID-19 have been successful, people need to continue the following: social distancing of at least 6 feet between them and others wash hands frequently stay home if unwell most importantly, wear a mask when entering any business, and ideally anytime when out in public. On Saturday my friend Keila came upon an a baby bird on the ground who appeared to have fallen out of its and be in distress. She took it home and used the heating pad to keep it warm, gave it water and consulted with the Wildlife Center. After a few hours, the baby began to move and hop around and chirp to the point Keila began calling the birdie Chirpy.On Sunday Keila was able to bring it in to the Wildlife Center so they could continue to nurture it for later release back to the wild.Out of curiosity Keila asked the wildlife worker what kind of bird Chirpy was. In welcome news for home sellers and buyers, real estate agents in Santa Clara county can resume showing homes, even occupied homes, to clients using safe protocols as long as the resident is not currently at the property during the showing, beginning May 4, 2020. Both local REALTORS associations, SCCAOR and SILVAR, worked collaboratively to clarify lthe County Shelter in Place Ordinance surrounding private showings.
