Next Saturday, May 7, 2011 there will be a Fiesta held at the old historic Estudillo Mansion in old town San Jacinto, 150 S. Dillon Avenue. There will be children's activities, ethnic and American foods, D.J. and live music and dance, a classic car show, and many other things to stay busy on what hopes to be a warm sunny day, The Estudillo Mansion was built back in the late 1800s by Francisco Estudillo, an early settler in the area.  The mansion is very historic, in that there are wallpapers, textures and many other architectural features that make the tour of the mansion well worth the look-see. Hope to see all you locals there.

If you are looking for a good time, spend the day in Hemet/San Jacinto.  San Jacinto will be hosting a PICNIC IN THE PARK and an INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE.  The parade will begin at 6:00 pm and will begin at Esplanade and San Jacinto, going north and ending up at the popular ESTUDILLO MANSION.  There will be entertainment, mansion tours, kids games, vendor booths, fun, food and music.  Fireworks will begin at 9:00 pm at Valleywide Park. Why drive out of the area.  Stay local.
