    Rental Property Repairs   in Sacramento This Week!                 There has been a flood of jobs in rental properties this week for us. The difference lately is that things have come up just prior to the move-in dates. For the most part it has been a number of unforeseen problems popping up at the last minute. This really puts the pressure on us. The move-in dates have been set, all of the paperwork completed, everyone is ready to make the move.   I will be working hard to complete the work by the deadline.
