Rasoi Indian Restaurant opened in February this year. but, it wasn’t until last Wednesday night that I first became acquainted with it as members of my family gathered for dinner there.  We ordered several dishes from the menu, and had it served family style.  Immediately, my mind was transported to exotic realms by the amazing flavors in each and every one of the dishes.  My favorite was the Chicken Tikka Masala, and there were the Potato Cakes (Tikka Aloo) on the appetizer menu.  For the past several days, those exotic spices and flavors wafted in my imagination.  So much so, that today, I made a return visit for Rasoi’s lunch buffet. This morning I woke to the sound of a small crowd of teenagers gathered in front of my neighbor’s home.   The mini-bus they had arrived in heralded the logo of a local church, so I began to understand the neighbor, an elderly widow, wasn’t going to be in much danger. Soon after, tools including wire cutters, sledge hammers, shovels, were carried from the bus.  I'm Not Sure Exactly What The Problem Is Yet, But I Know You Have A Leak Above Your Window!  I hear a lot of reasons why someone did not call sooner to have a problem checked out, some more common than others. “I didn't know what caused it”, for example. I think that many have this need to know what the source of the problem is before calling for help.In a recent wall repair, the client did not know what was causing the problem but did know that there was water leaking and the drywall was wet and the wood soft. It doesn't seem to matter which profession we're talking about, you've got the leaders and the losers, and not much in the middle. On top of that, it seems the losers are gaining ground, and there are simply too many of them, their percentages of the whole are way too high, which throws off balance.
