Pomona CA median home prices showed a gain over median prices in April 2009 in all Zip Codes, according to DataQuick, which compiles statistics from county records, and - compared to March 2010 - rose in Zip Codes 91766 and 91768, slipping slightly in Zip Code 91767, according to DataQuick reports. The service reported that 44 Pomona homes in Zip Code 91766 sold during the month of April 2010, with a median price of $214,000, up from the March 2010 median price of $210,000; seven condominiums were sold in April, with a median price of $165,000. Pomona 4-Plex Income Property Sales April 2010   The months of supply of 4-plex income properties between the $200,000-$400,000 range is EXTREMELY low. It is down from last April 2009 by 72%. The median sold price for such income properties is currently $322,500. Unfortunately there is not enough available data to compare this April to last April 2009. Pomona 4-plexes remained on the market an average of 16 days last April as opposed to 53 days this April. One of the reasons that properties are on the market longer is due to short sales.
