Here is the current inventory of condos for sale in the city of Placentia California.As of today, there are six condominiums for sale in Placentia priced from $500,000 for a two-bedroom one-bathroom built in 1971 to $899,999 for a three-bedroom three-bathroom built in 2021. The average price per square foot for these is $642.61. On Saturday October 8, 2016, Placentia will be holding their 52nd Annual Heritage Festival and Parade.  This will be taking place at Tri City Park, Placentia. The theme this year is "Pride of Placentia".  So many great things go on here. At 6:30 am The Festival starts off with pancake breakfast provided by the Rotary Club. The cost for breakfast is $5 dollars and children under 5 are free.This festival is a way for the City of Placentia to bring the community to know and support local vendors and non profits in the area.
