Buyers interested in acquiring waterfront homes in Oceanside California, the most northerly San Diego Coastal community, have a number of options. I recently met a wonderful couple who have become clients of mine in the Short Sale process.Unlike so many others out there, they did not buy more house than they could afford, nor did the main bread winner lose his job. Oceanside remains the most affordable coastal community with a wide range of housing available to buyers.
