In our mortgage business, we primarily originate hard money / private money first trust deeds.  However, each month, we will fund a private money second trust deed with terms as short as 12-months to as long as twenty years.  This second trust deed for a Bay Area real estate investor came with a 20-year term.  Second mortgages usually take about two weeks to close, which for active real estate investors and house flippers, can be beneficial when they're pursuing other acquisitions that need to close within a short window.     02/22/2017

Buddha's Hand for Sale The Temescal Farmers Market in Oakland was a fun place to visit on Saturdays, with some interesting produce, and people, and a guarantee you'd find something tasty to eat. We used to go with our daughter and her family when they lived there every time we got the chance on our visits.   This Buddha's Hand was particularly intriguing.
