Not sure where they come from. They would come to the neighborhood.  There are some tall trees which they can view far away. These turkey vultures line up the trees like in the movies. When sun rises they open their wings to sun themselves. The house pets seem to be scared of them as they are bigger than regular birds. It has very few natural predators In the United States, these vultures receives legal protection under the Migratory Bird Treaty.  Vegas Bob is headed back to Morgan Hill California After spending several months in Alaska Vegas Bob will finally be headed back to Las Vegas Nevada around the 2nd week of April.There is some business that I have to take care in Las Vegas and then I will be headed back to Morgan Hill California.Vegas Bob will be either landing a job at Apple Campus 2 or another project in Silicon Valley California.Reason for my madness is I will be purchasing property around the outer edges of the Bay Area, approx 1 hour drive.The property will be for my residence with a large garage to get one of my businesses started.I also want to create some extra money to start building one of my future retirement homes. I am thinking ahead and will not be retiring for at least 5 years, but I want everything paid ...

This is a market update for February 2016. There is more inventory in Morgan Hill and that has an effect on the list price and days on market. These numbers aren't reflecting the increase in supply yet but the March real estate update will. Why is it important to look at the real estate statistics and the economy? There is a direct correlation between the consumer confidence in the economy and job growth.  Here in the Silicon Valley the economy and housing values are continuing to increase. I saw snow on the mountain top. Between New Year and now, we get a few showers along the way. Spring already started here in Mid February. Orchard flowers are blooming in the Valley of Delight.      With the 78 degree F temperatures experienced yesterday in mid February the bees are already working hard and try to gather their honey early.  Rose buds are getting ready to show their finest flowers soon.
