Not sure where they come from. They would come to the neighborhood.  There are some tall trees which they can view far away. These turkey vultures line up the trees like in the movies. When sun rises they open their wings to sun themselves.  Vegas Bob is headed back to Morgan Hill California After spending several months in Alaska Vegas Bob will finally be headed back to Las Vegas Nevada around the 2nd week of April.There is some business that I have to take care in Las Vegas and then I will be headed back to Morgan Hill California.Vegas Bob will be either landing a job at Apple Campus 2 or another project in Silicon Valley California.Reason for my madness is I will be purchasing property around the outer edges of the Bay Area, approx 1 hour drive.The property will be for my residence with a large garage to get one of my businesses started.I also want to create some extra money to start building one of my future retirement homes. I am thinking ahead and will not be retiring for at least 5 years, but I want everything paid ... 03/24/2016

Spread the word!  W.E.R.C. is holding it's 3rd Annual BOWL-a-Thon in Morgan Hill on Sunday, March 20, 2016. For several years, I have served as both a volunteer and member of the Board of Directors for the Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center, otherwise known as W.E.R.C. You have likely seen the local non-profit organization with live non-releasable wildlife at local grocery stores, the Taste of Morgan Hill and many other events. Since the inception of W.E.R.C. in 1990, all funding has been entirely through donations, fund raising events and occasional grants from civic organizations. This is a market update for February 2016. There is more inventory in Morgan Hill and that has an effect on the list price and days on market. These numbers aren't reflecting the increase in supply yet but the March real estate update will. Why is it important to look at the real estate statistics and the economy? There is a direct correlation between the consumer confidence in the economy and job growth.  Here in the Silicon Valley the economy and housing values are continuing to increase. At our broker meeting this morning in Community Center of Morgan Hill, CA 95037 our local real estate professionals announced a record number of new listings coming on the market soon or just listed.  I say record because we haven't heard these number of new listings in many months.  There is pinned up demand and I expect that home values will continue to rise but not as fast as in 2015.  We are still looking at a multiple offer market.  Meaning that many homes are receiving multiple offers and selling over list price.  Sometimes way over list price.What should a buyer do when purchasing a home in this market? I saw snow on the mountain top. Between New Year and now, we get a few showers along the way. Spring already started here in Mid February. Orchard flowers are blooming in the Valley of Delight.      With the 78 degree F temperatures experienced yesterday in mid February the bees are already working hard and try to gather their honey early.  Rose buds are getting ready to show their finest flowers soon.
