Many fire departments have came to help, several streets had to be closed, the fire was put out later that day by FD, Thankfully ! & Fortunately !! Insurance Commissioner did his Job Finally! Title profiles are Free again as it has been for 50+ years for Realtors and Buyers & Sellers. Good News, as of this morning the FREE title profile include the docs and comps again.  This should be already updated on your online profile searches as well as the ordered ones. The Mortgage rates rallied today as Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) saw a strong demand and reprices for the better were seen. I would have to say rates will open better than today, but it is a volatile time and can see a reversal fairly quickly. The rates were seen at about 4.5 with a little over a point and 4.875 seen with 0 points. We are close to all time high so there is hope, but no promises. Contact me to keep up daily

Quick warning on Mortgage Rates this week: This week is packed with relevant economic news in addition to another FOMC meeting. All seven of the reports are considered to be at least moderately important while several are considered very important to the markets and mortgage rates. This makes it likely that we will see plenty of movement in mortgage pricing over the next several days. If you were making a decision on a loan in respects to locking a loan I would LOCK   This is only my opinion of what I would do if I were financing a home. It is only an opinion and cannot be guaranteed to be in the best interest of all/any other borrowers.

There is some speculation that in the very near future, investors will begin to apply fico-based adjustments to FHA pricing. If you have transactions going with lower scores (below 660) I would advise locking them in soon to avoid these hits. If you have clients that have credit scores below 660 be aware they will not get the best pricing on the market.

Seriously Questionable Code of conduct and ethics of some Realtors !? Is there anywhere in " professional conduct ", " code of ethics"...  a clause that real estate agent should or have to return other agent in a reasonable time , like the same day ?!, and the best agents surely in a hour, as it should be a given ! The REO's , The Short pay's listing agents and brokers are the WORST OFFENDERS !!! since they typically NEVER RETURN a CALL, MESSAGE !! Lets do something about it and slap a fine on these embarrassments to our Real Estate profession .. !!!
