Monrovia CA New Construction Colorado Commons Condos For Sale   This week I visited the first brokers preview of the Colorado Commons condominium complex in the heart of Old Town Monrovia and met the friendly sales staff.    Originally built in 2008, the condos opened as rental units while the local real estate market recovered.  Now, the new construction townhouse-style condos are in process of being refurbished and ready for showtime.   After I visited the sales office, I viewed two models and walked around the attractive brick and stucco accented complex which blends in nicely with the surrounding Old Town Monrovia neighborhood.
