The Blue Herons in Marina Del Rey, CA inspite of the Developer's trimming of the nesting place of the Blue Herons in Marina Del Rey, CA, (which I might add is against the law when the Herons are mating and nesting....) the Blue Herons decided to return to the same tree and rebuild the knocked down nests and are raising their new born!!! On my planet I would preserve nature and work in conjunction with protecting nature as we develop our cities, towns and urban structures. Many times as I get older I am finding myself talking to myself “If I was king” I would do this or I would do that. Well one of my fellow Active Rain members created a contest to address this very subject, something along the same lines. He called it “Not on my planet” well this truly intrigued me, but I have been so busy and not focusing on this until now, (nothing like waiting to the last moment). I realized that if I had total control over decisions then I would make sure that we live in harmony with nature and integrate our modern way of life by being cognizant of nature and not destroy but rather preserving it. The replacement trees in Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 so what do you think? As you might remember I expressed my concerns when on Admiralty Way the County removed the large trees and endangered the natural habitat of the birds and other wild life. Then the County Politicians reassured all those who complained that we should not worry the trees will be replaced with trees that are more Eco-Friendly and better for the wild life and the community…. A Marina Del Rey Realtor's 24hr period.What do you do in your 24 hour period? Well I will share with you my 24hrs! I find that I am so much on auto pilot and hardly think about what I do in a 24 hour period. Spring Ideas for anyone not just a Marina Del Rey Realtor! I was inspired by one of my Active Rain Friends; she was trying to inspire the community about Spring Ideas and Motivational Ideas. On a side note making the Pie Chart should be added to the mix it took me a while to make it! I am so internally motivated hence Motivation Seminars, Motivation Courses are one of the smallest parts of my activities. Spring in  Southern California:  specifically in the Greater Los Angeles! There are so many people who are not aware although we have a temperate climate we still have four seasons. Many of my relocation clients who are moving to Los Angeles have often asked me and wanted to know if they needed to get rid of their winter jackets and clothing. My first reaction is always a resounding NO. OK I tell them you do not need ear protectors and thick gloves. Never the less you need warm clothing. Just to give you an example the last two days of our Winter Season it we were enjoying   temperatures in the 80’s to 90’s for us it was a bit warm.
