As I was driving on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) I noticed a bunch of tires painted white on the side of the road. It caught my attention. Had to drive a bit slower since my clients were following me.Well, here was the second picture and it saddened me and I kept snapping pictures but you get the message. Keep in mind this part of Malibu is very heavily traveled by tourists.
