As I was driving on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) I noticed a bunch of tires painted white on the side of the road. It caught my attention. Had to drive a bit slower since my clients were following me.Well, here was the second picture and it saddened me and I kept snapping pictures but you get the message. Keep in mind this part of Malibu is very heavily traveled by tourists. I suspect the that the deaths are not tourist related rather people who should not be walking across PCH at certain times of the night or day. I also suspect that some of the deaths were caused by people racing cars on PCH because they could....  Wishing you a safe and healthy life and I look forward to your comments.
