I was sitting around whining and complaining when I was jolted back into reality.  I was reminded that I need to be true to my mission statement, which reads, in part: "Ms. Brown is a strong advocate for families, consumers, and her clients. Her mission is to: · Raise the bar for real estate and mortgage industry professionals · Educate consumers, be an advocate, and help bring positive change to our economic system · Assist families to increase their financial knowledge, economic independence, and wealth freedom through individual counseling and published resources." Thank you, God, for reminding me at just the right time! So in following my mission and my philosophy, I'm going TAKE ACTION to be an ADVOCATE for homeowners.  My question to you is:  WHAT SOLUTIONS MAY WORK TO SOLVE THIS ...

So I get an email from Brett Noel, www.BrettNoel.com, top Real Estate success trainer.  He wants me to take a look at his new slide show on his Linkedin.com profile.  So I check it out.  And I'm really impressed.  It was a simple PowerPoint presentation, but now it's a mini-presentation, embedded in his linkedin profile!  How cool is that. So I thought, hey if Brett can do it, I can too!.  So I went to www.SlideShare.net.  And I joined.  It was free!  So far, so good.  I have a few PowerPoint presentations from seminars and workshops I've conducted. So why not try out this service? So I make 3 "sample" PowerPoint presentations and upload them.  http://www.slideshare.net/rpbrown, yeah, check it out!  It was so cool and easy to make this page. Then I say, "Hey, what else can I do with the...

FSBO is an acronym for "For Sale By Owner", which means selling your property WITHOUT the benefit of a Real Estate Agent representing you and negotiating on your behalf. Studies show that sellers receive 5% - 8% higher purchase prices when selling through a Realtor®! FSBO sellers find it difficult to get qualified buyers because: 1. Buyers who respond to FSBO ads usually have not been qualified to buy (the qualified buyers retain real estate agents to help them find a house). 2. Real Estate agents don't show FSBO homes (they show homes listed by other agents). 3. Buyers who view FSBO homes are often bargain hunters - they know you aren't paying a commission and so they expect you to lower your price. 4. Many buyers who buy FSBO homes are savvy investors who negotiate low prices. FSBO se...

Between 2003-2005, Los Osos single-family homeowners also enjoyed double-digit growth in the median home prices. Growth stalled in 2006, and single-family h...

(Live in Los Cabos Real Estate & Developement)
Almost two years ago we moved our family from Los Osos, California to San Jose del Cabo Mexico. I like to say it was from one paradise to another. Why? Well, we love to surf and we really like the warm water in Cabo.OK, so the real estate business opportunity is even better! If you can beleive it!? Yes. Cabo real estate is solid. It is true. As the real estate market in many areas has slowed down or some feel like it has come to a screeching halt. Things are moving quite nicely down here. High end homes, casitas and villas at El Dorado Golf & Beach Club are selling just as fast as ever.Contact me to learn more about Cabo real estate.

What is Your Name Worth??Your name is worth everything to you...it's your identity, it's YOU.  Here's breaking news you need to know...and you need to let all your family and friends know right away as well.    Few people realize that each time their credit is checked, the information provided to the credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, Innovis or Experian) immediately becomes a commodity that is sold not only to other lenders but also to companies that sell and resell the same names and personal information.  That's right - The credit bureaus have found a way to increase their revenues at your expense....and without your permission.  These ‘inquiry leads' include name, address, phone numbers (including unlisted), credit score, current debt and debt history, property information, age, g...

Los  Osos is a friendly little community south of Morro Bay and North West of San Luis Obispo California. Surrounded by state parks - Montana de Oro, Morro Bay Estuary, Elfin Forest, and many other natural reserves. Birds and other wildlife make Los Osos one of the more scenic areas on the Central Coast of California. The Real Estate in Los Osos is in need of a sewer system that has been put off for far too long. Los Osos's elevation and location next to the natural estuary and Morro Bay may cause septic waste to leak out and contaminate the natural water in Morro Bay.This issue is not a new one - in fact it has been going on for over 25 years. The reason it has not resolved is because of the desire to limit growth in anyway possible! Many communities in this scenic coast don't want more...
