Meet the park Rangers, explore a Ranger truck and even obtain some cool giveaways. The YSI Nature Center will be open after hours for you to see their live animals, chat with the friendly staff and get a tour of their awesome science collection. Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad, at Oak Meadow Park & Vasona Lake Park in Los Gatos, CA... Looking for some great weekend adventure?  Like trains?  The kids want to go somewhere new?  The train at Oak Meadow Park! Tickets for this working engine are $2 and the wait is never long.  The train travels through Vasona Lake Park on it's journey. During Christmas, the park is decorated in lights, and you can ride it at night... The ride follows along a flowing creek, and towards the lake.  A side trip is to cross the train tracks and follow the creek as you pick up rocks to let the kids throw them in at a clearing a few yeards down the way. Sometimes you get greeted by the honking of Canadian Geese that have stopped over for a bite...  (and a squirrel too!) Later in the day, the line can get long... 05/29/2011
