      It is hard to believe that fifty years have passed since the final American military forces left Vietnam and our remaining prisoners of war were returned. I still see myself glued to the TV in the West Point Lounge watching people scrambling out of the American Embassy in Hanoi. I was a Plebe aka. Freshman. During this conflict, political controversy and disagreement were sadly misdirected toward those who had admirably served our nation.
