Yesterday, I published the Playa Del Rey, CA Condominium Market Trends Report. Now with that said I would be remiss if I did not publish the Playa Vista Condominium Market Trends Report today. After all Playa Vista is the epicenter of Silicon Beach. Hence due to the high demand in this Planned Urban Community all the neighboring areas are reaping the benefits as I mentioned yesterday. Living and driving in Silicon Beach can be fun, especially if you are driving on April 1, 2018. Things you notice on the road can also be even more entertaining. All you must do, is, look around and observe your surroundings. I cracked up laughing and said I must turn around😊.
