As you can see even the table is set.Things to do tomorrow: Bake the brined Turkey and then finish off the side dishes that are already oven ready.The only thing left to do is make the mashed potatoes. Welcome December! The Holiday season is certainly in full swing with no time to stop, as we just celebrated Thanksgiving 3 days ago.   As we close out 2024, real estate remains active.  Buyers and sellers are poised to make their move, optimistic that the economy will improve, interest rates will settle in somewhere between 5% - 6%, and home prices will increase at the normal 2% - 3% annual rate as it has been over the past 40 years.  Inquiries on my listings continue with potential buyers even asking if I have any homes for sale not in the MLS (pocket listings).  My current inventory is primarily vacant land listings as well as a fantastic lease opportunity - reach out to me for details on any of these! If you are considering selling, be it a condominium or single-family residence, or ... 12/01/2024

Hope you had a very Happy Thanksgiving and have enjoyed the leftovers. Speechless Sundays: Who was the head chef in your home on Thanksgiving? Well in all fairness, in our home it was Holly. The photos are a bit old, but you get the idea. Five years ago, feels like yesterday to me.Thanksgiving has too many chefs if you asked me. Needless to say, one has to be the head chef.Here in our household, it is a toss-up me or Holly:) Jill our cat did not really want to be involved in the cooking.
