For those that read yesterday's blog - which gas range did I choose? Here is the big Reveal: I chose the Viking Gas Range. There is a great deal of debate over who makes the best gas range.  The reality is, like most things in life, in the end it really does come down to personal preference, choice and need. As much as I would love a kitchen remodel, I did not want to spend $120,000. Imagine if you were catching a flight from LAX? I was heading to my favorite Drycleaners in Manhattan Beach, CA and I got caught in the middle of this traffic hell.Keep in mind the flights from LAX stop after about 10:30pm and start up around 5:30 am.Now with that said, when I lived in Europe construction was done during the late-night hours not to disturb the rush hour traffic and just normal traffic either.
