Every year the annual Parade of Lights in downtown Lodi draws a very large crowd all through the streets. Chairs are lined up for several blocks and many are placed along the sidewalks hours in advance and some even the night before. There are many floats, trailers, tractors, cars, trucks, etc., all decorated and lit up with lights from many schools, organizations, and businesses. This year I was honored to have a table & chairs reserved for my guests, and my son and I out in front of The Rusted Mic Entertainment House & Bistro. It was very cold out last Thursday night during the parade, but there was hot chocolate and lattes flowing to keep us warm.
