Looks like there will be some future development in Placer County - specifically in the City of Lincoln. The Lewis Group of Companies has purchased a 500+ acre tract of land near its Lincoln Crossing community. Their plan is long-term, with construction starting no sooner than 2012. Before and after staging. While I was preparing a home for sale, I was very impressed with the condition of the home. The home, it looked like a model. But after taking some preliminary pictures, I noticed that the decor took over the room.  I showed the owners the before pictures and they agreed to the changes. Here is the difference that staging makes.  I have experienced this at new model homes. I got so distracted with the decor that I could not imagine mythings in the home.  Staging is effectively using the space of the home by adding focus to the architectural details of the home.
