“Lakewood Park” Homes Sales Report for the month March 2014   The real estate market in Lakewood Park has been holding steady for the first three months of this year.  Home prices have been very consistent staying within the price range of $380,000 to $540,000 with home sales at the lower end having been due to Notice of Defaults or Probate.  The month did end strong with a 67% increase in closed home sales from the previous month.   Despite much of the positive news we have heard lately we still have some major concerns which need to be carefully looked at which have dragged the market as of lately.
