Had a Chance to Check Out Some New Trails     It was a good day to get outside. I probably need to change my exercise routine. We've always wanted to get down to the Aquatic Center   All good reasons to get out and on the walking trails down along the river. I hope to get through this holiday and back on a better, healthier routine.   Not a unique New Years Resolution but one that needs to be addressed at the beginning of the year.       12/27/2014

      That Black ABS Pipe Can Snap and Leak!     Yeah, we want to believe that the black ABS drain pipe will last forever; it won’t rust and just sits in the wall right. Well not entirely right. ABS drain lines and fittings can be under some stress for a number of years due to improper strapping, sudden force, or even constant pressure to move. These are more common than you realize, but you will not know it until it leaks. Of course, an inspection of the plumbing before the walls were closed may have help catch the problem early – before the leak had a chance to develop.   View Larger Map 02/17/2014
