Vegas Bob has decided to get licensed in California and sell Residential Properties in SoCal, and there is a great possibility that he might hang his license with several AR members from the Laguna Beach area. VB will continue to be licensed in Nevada but will live in both Las Vegas and possibly the Laguna area, depending on the different seasons of the year. VB first became interested in selling RE in California around 4 years ago but never proceeded with his vision. So today once I was doing my pilates workout (lol, I know, I know) I was thinking, you know I really want to go to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Laguna Beach (248 South Coast Highway), get myself a plain caramel apple, walk across the street, put my feet in the sand, watch the waves crash in, the sunset, and enjoy my apple....
