Only 24 Woodbridge homes sold in March 2015, at prices from $270,000, (for a 2 bedroom attached condo at 83 Smokestone), to $1,400,000 for 5 Coldbrook, a 6 bedroom SFR in the Gables tract.The seller's market has become stronger, as many more homes went into escrow last month, but few were listed.
