It's hard to believe but with the additions of 2826 The Strand and 230 The Strand there are now 10 beachfront homes and properties for sale in Hermosa. In the old days it was rare to see a beachfront property hit the market. Much of the timee they were generational type homes passed down to family but that's obviously different these days. Of the 10 homes currently for sale on the Hermosa Beach Strand all but one are single family homes with the other being a duplex. Many of the old multi-unit properties had been torn down and replaced with beachfront mansions. The average square footage of the homes for sale is 4,259 with an average of 4 bedrooms and six baths!
