It's funny how word of mouth advertising works. We started out doing maybe one virtual tour a month, which was fine for us starting off since we specialized in wedding video, etc. We had one client who suggested our virtual tour services to another realtor, who in return told three other realtors (that I know of). Needless to say... virtual tours are not just a little product that we are offering on the side. They have become a major product that we offer. And it all started off with one person telling another. So, the moral of the story... do your tours right, treat your clients right, and with a little time... the business will start rolling in.
