Where are the neighborhood (community) boundries in Fullerton?I am familiar with the communities Sunny Hills, Golden Hills, Coyote Hills, Rolling Hills and Raymond Hills, but I'm not always sure where one community officially ends and one officially begins. What are some of the the other names of communities in Fullerton? Does anyone have access to a map or website that indicates the different areas? If anyone would like to comment on where each of these communities are officially that would be appreciated.Thank you in advance for your comments.

Each day when I review the new listings in my market area of Fullerton and the surrounding cities I see more and more short sale, or pre-foreclosure sale listings. I have successfully negotiated short sale listings in the past and I know how difficult they are to get approved. I have lost buyers in the process of negotiating with the lienholders and had to quickly find a back up offer. I have had new liens placed on the property during our negotiations. I have also had the sellers say "forget it... and give up through the escrow". My concern about showing a short sale to one of my buyers is that I am not in control of the situation and I have no idea if the listing agent knows how to get this deal closed. So, I just ignore the listings that are short pays. I know sooner of later I will ...

The city of Fullerton is know to have about 40  beautiful parks  and 28 miles of recreational trails, used by  walkers, hikers, and mountain bikers. The secret here is that some of those trails are equestrian trails. Some folk may ask... well what good are horse trails if there is no home for your horse? Fullerton does not appear, or smell like a  Horse town but here are a few communities that offer large lots and homes for horse lovers.  The Sunny Hills community, is the largest with a sprawling patch of ranch-style homes on large lots with equestrian trails and scenic hillsides. Also The Raymond Hills community also meets the 20,000 square foot per horse requirement requirements. There are several trails off each of these communities including the East Coyote Hills Trail and Panorama ...

The Flame Broiler in Fullerton at the corner of Raymond and Chapman has been a building block of my circle of food for a decade!Especially when I feel like being "Good to my Body" I pick up the phone and order my chicken-vegi-bowl, white meat with brown rice. I never regret indulging is Flame Broiler meals. even if I splurge and have the delicious and a little fatty beef rib combo. The service is good and the people are friendly. I always am happy when I leave there. I makes me smile to see parents and their children ordering something healthy instead of being at some very greasy drive thru. Also many Troy high school students have lunch there. I believe that even though the originators of the Flame Broiler franchise  concept were out to make a buck I am happy to support them because I ...

I always knew I wanted to work in a real estate office even if it was just as a real estate agent's assistant or even better a receptionist just as long as I had my foot in the door in the career that I wanted to pursue. I got a job a real estate office just as I wanted now I'm getting to know the business from a different perspective I get to see the struggles and the joys that every day life has to offer for the real estate agents. Before I even thought about getting in to this very competitive career I wanted to get the feel I wanted to see the ups and downs I wanted to make sure this was really what I wanted for my life.Although til this day I'am struggling hard to find my way and most important find myself I do know one thing and that is that I'am young and I still have plenty of t...

On my speed dial it just says SUB then the number. Michaelangelos's makes my favorite sub sandwich in town.  It  is in my circle of lunchtime and snacktime  food. My husband B  calls their meatball sandwich his favorite. I personally enjoy everything on their menu including their whole wheat and vegie pizzas.    I go waaaay back with the owner Bob Hathaway and his dearly departed mother Peggy who was the original owner. I used to  spend  my Troy High school  lunchtimes with Peggy hanging out and studying. Please check out Michaelangelos Pizza, 1331 E. Chapman Ave. Fullerton. My friend P and I have spent our last two Saturday evening enjoying the tropical style bar and atmosphere, and entertaining bands on the patio at Roscoe's Famous Deli in the SOCO District of Downtown Fullerton. Along with the enormous fresh Deli sandwiches and savory potato salad Roscoe now offers a great choice in Nightlife! We sipped Cosmo's (responsibly of course) and danced the evening away. There is a nice mix of age groups and friendly neighborhood locals. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out the band of the evening. I am definitely looking forward to spending my warm evenings hanging with my husband and my friends there.Roscoe's Famous Deli located at 116 West Commonwealth Ave. SOCO District , Fullerton Ca. 92832, 714-879-2153

I have been going to Jack's Famous Hero's since 1991 when it was originally located on Wilshire Blvd. I spent many afternoons on the patio enjoying the Downtown Fullerton scene. The food is tasty and served in large portions and there are over 100 selections of beers. I have met many people, made great friends and even met clients at Hero's but I    I never thought I would have a first date with  my future husband there. Well I did. We had our first date at Hero's on March 10th, 2005 and we got engaged July 7th, 2005 and married the following April. One of the first things that made me so comfortable with B my husband on our first date was that He chose Heros as our first place to meet for happy hour! Make your next outing a real fun  experience and visit Hero's is located in The   SOCO...

Jalapenos Grille 516 N. State College Fullerton, CA 92831 (714) 879-8077 www.jalapenos-grille.net      Tacos  for 99  cents well that is a good price but what you get at Jalapenos make this my number one pick for Mexican food in Fullerton. Let me offend some people by saying I want my food to taste like a taco stand on the streets of TJ fresh spicy and authentic. But to be honest I want my restaurant to be clean, fast paced and cheap. Jalapenos has it all. MY NUMBER ONE MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN FULLERTON  Number 2 is Tacos De Andes

You'll soon be able to stop in and visit us at our new location: 1441 Brea Blvd., in Fullerton.  We are really excited about opening our new office at it's new location.  My wife and I had no idea exactly what an undertaking this would turn out to be!  We purchased the property in 2006 and broke ground late last year.  We have totally renovated the entire property, in addition to adding onto the existing structure.  The new Re/Max North Orange County building is located on a parcel of land that once fell under the jurisdication of the King of Spain.  The land has changed title a few times since then.  For those of you around in 1964 you might remember it being the home of the Fullerton District Board of Realtors.  Then in 1995 until 2006 it was Arbor Manor, a tea house and banquet room...

Happy Fullerton Homeowners "I had been receiving market updates through the mail from Tina for 15 years. When I was ready to sell my Hidden Lakes Property in Fullerton I could not think of anyone else to call but Tina.  She handled my transaction in a pleasant and professional manner." George Ripple ;Real Estate Investor.   "What my husband and I can truly say about the purchase of our home in Hidden Lakes is that Tina was there to make things happen.  Then, from the purchase of our home, February 2006 to now , she remains in contact with us. Keep it up Tina"! Al and Antonette Floresca   We chose Tina as our Realtor when we purchased our home on Miramar in June 2003. Our agent was very disappointing. Tina represented the sellers.
