         I Understand not everyone can afford home staging, so it pays to know your math. It’s the key to realizing that ANY staging is not better than no staging. For me it’s very disapponting to lose a bid on price only but it’s more disappointing when I see what that customer paid for and didn’t get.Professional stagers know it’s all about maximizing profit for their clients. Flat rate stagers, or very low rate stagers, don’t help sellers. In fact, they end up costing more in the long run. Such wonderful news! The Sam's Club located at 629 S Placentia Ave, Placentia, California 92831 had their Gas Station Grand Opening on August 10, 2017. The ribbon cutting ceremony had a great turn out. The Mayor of Fullerton and many more attended. Sam's Club is membership-only warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics & home goods. They now offer gas also at participating Clubs for a discount if you have the Sam's Club card or Walmart Card.
