Foothill Ranch FHA Approved Condos and Townhomes For Sale - Updated 10/28/2013 Foothill Ranch: There are four neighborhoods, or tracts, of homes designated as condominiums in Foothill Ranch.  Of the four neighborhoods of condos, three are attached condos/townhomes (Salerno, Vineyards, and Tuscany).  The remaining tract, Brittany, is a neighborhood of detached condominiums. As of October 11th, 2012 none of the four condo projects in Foothill Ranch are FHA approved.  This can change and I will monitor it closely. Foothill Ranch Bank Owned Homes For Sale Alternatively known as "foreclosures" or "REO Properties" bank owned homes usually offer the astute buyer the ability to buy below current market values.  (Learn More: What Is An REO Property?)
