Are things really picking up? Am I crazy? I hope everyone had a great Easter and is ready to work hard as all the buyers flood our e-mail in-boxes and voice mails with requests to write up offers. For the first time in a LONGGGGG time, a client of mine asked me about a property and I had to say, "I just wrote an offer on that house for someone else!" Can you believe it? So I was given this awesome marketing idea the other day.  I told Meagan about it.  Meagan helps with marketing for my business  and for her uncle Scott's mortgage business. It turns out that Scott's business partner Jim had come up with a very similar idea.  The difference was that I was taking the idea one step further.  Scott and Jim were impressed. Now we are working together ( not so close as to violate any RESPA regulations) and marketing to the same clients.  I am going for the short sales and the purchases while Scott and Jim are going for the loans.  In a few weeks we will know if this tactic is the brilliant idea we think it is or if we are just pounding our heads against the wall. Cambridge Estates was built in 1992, and they are condos with a townhouse style setting. Each Condo Contains either a patio or a balcony, Garages range from 1-2, and then there are 4 separate parking lots for Cambridge Estate Residents.
