The best kept secret in Fairfield so far... is New York Pizza in the Woodcreek Shopping Center formerly Jeritown Plaza. Nice people make all the difference in the world don't you think? I stopped in the other day for a pizza and ordered a small pizza for myself and they were kind enough to offer me pizza by the slice where you get two slices that was actually more than I could eat for about half the price of the small piece I wanted and it came with a drink all for about $4.99. What a bargain. The pizza tastes better than the parlors I've tied in the proximity of our CA office so I was glad to share the info. They are behind the strip mall and there is ample parking on their side of the mall. Give  it a try and let me know if you don't agree.

  Streamlined “k” limited repair program While many of us have heard that the Streamlined “k” doesn’t require a 203k consultant we need to examine that word “require”. A consultant can easily keep your loan on track. If you are doing only the Streamlined “k” then it is clearly in your best interest to use a 203k consultant to do a “plan review” and verify it is in fact a Streamlined “k”. Nothing is worse than getting up the day before closing and having some underwriter notice that there are “structural issues” with this project and it becomes a Full 203k. If you don’t do the Full 203k all your work just went out the window.
